Apparently, the Xbox Series X version for Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 has not been unlocked yet.
Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 is just a few hours old and already there are apparently the first problems. As several readers of Xboxdynasty have reported to us, the Xbox Series X version of the shooter is not even available yet and the game is cut in Germany.
We have already contacted the developers and asked for a statement. To that end, we stumbled across the standard version of the game in the store, which is once marked as the Xbox Series X optimized version, but is not yet available. The Xbox One version, which is not optimized, seems to be playable as of now.
Have you played Sniper Ghost Warrior Contracts 2 today? What is your impression?
Update: The developers have now spoken via Twitter:
Hey there, apologies again for the issue, but yes, we can assure you it will run at 60fps once it is fixed. We will release more info as soon as possible.
