Ahead of the milestone 30th season of “Dancing With the Stars,” there was a lot of fan speculation about this being some sort of retrospective season, whether it be all-stars (people who finished high in their first season), people who had to withdraw due to injury or illness, or people who had to

Unfortunately for those fans, the show’s 30th season is a regular season in terms of casting. But don’t be afraid of the fans. Cheryl is here to help you prepare for your “Dancing With the Stars” reunion. “Why not celebrate the show by interviewing all or as many celebs as we can get from this season,” Cheryl said, adding, “but also past celebrities, past pro dancers, even past executive producers and hosts!” Why not, since I’ve been there since the beginning? Why don’t we get everyone back together again? If the show doesn’t work out, I’ll take over! ”

The podcast “Dancing With Myself” debuted on Tuesday, September 28 with season 30 contestants Cody Rigsby, Cheryl’s partner, and Amanda Kloots, who is partnered with pro dancer Alan Bersten. What About Her Other Podcast, ‘Pretty Messed Up’?

Cheryl already has a podcast with her season 29 partner AJ McLean and fellow professional dancer Rene Elizondo, in case you didn’t know. And Cheryl adores and is ecstatic about that podcast. “I’m so used to being with the boys…”

“I love our banter; we all talk over each other because we’re so excited,” Cheryl said. “We talk about mental health and stuff that’s not always comfortable to talk about, like sobriety and all that.”

However, she also stated that due to their busy schedules this fall, they were unable to make the podcast work at this time, so she devised this plan for a spinoff podcast. “With AJ’s schedule, he’s traveling, doing shows all over the country, and with me doing ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ and everyone asking me more about dancing right now because that’s what’s going on in my life, it was so hard to find a time for the three of us to get together,” Cheryl explained. Cheryl told us that they are still ironing out the schedule for upcoming guests, but she thinks this will be the perfect behind-the-scenes addition to season 30.

“I had a blast podcasting with Cody and Amanda last week, and I’m looking forward to continuing with the current cast and hopefully some new faces each week!” said Cheryl. “People only get a glimpse of what goes on behind the scenes, so ‘Pretty Messed Up: Dancing with Myself’ is the ideal place for them to learn more about what’s going on with me and Cody, as well as the other couples, week to week.” ”

You can listen to her new podcast here. New episodes are released every week on iHeartRadio, Apple Music, and Spotify. Season 30 of “Dancing With the Stars” airs Mondays at 8 p.m. for

. ABC broadcasts in both Eastern and Pacific time zones.
