During a joint Fox News interview with Pauly D in September 2021, Guadagnino mentioned that the original “Jersey Shore” series aired before the popularity of numerous social networking sites. During the show’s sixth season, which aired from 2009 to 2012, the 33-year-old admitted that “[s]ometimes [he]kind of wishes[es][they]had social media.” “I’ll have a lot more Instagram followers and Tik Tok followers,” he explained. He went on to say that the cast of “Jersey Shore” currently has “the best of both worlds.” ”
“You know, Twitter was everything back then..” As a result, the entire world was tweeting about us. “It was insane,” the reality TV star explained. “Social media, in general, is a gift and a curse because, you know, all the haters and everything,” Guadagnino continued. “And now everything travels so quickly,” the star of “Double Shot at Love” said. “But, on the other hand, I like it..” Promoting my shows is something I enjoy doing. I enjoy interacting with my fans, engaging with everyone, and making ridiculous Tik Toks. Some reality shows seem to have it all, so I feel like we got the best of both worlds. ”

“We didn’t have social media back then… Everyone has an opinion,” the mother of two explained.
Pauly D went on to say that he enjoys social media because it allows him to give fans a sneak peek at upcoming “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” episodes before they air.
“It’s like a report that’s already online after we finish something.” They can see when it happens, but to get the full story, you must watch how it happens. “It’s actually kind of dope,” the professional DJ said.
Farley added that the “Jersey Shore” cast can handle any negative feedback.
